Base Building—thirty-story, core-and-shell office tower; nine levels of below-grade Parking and seven levels of above-grade Parking; Main Lobby; Twenty-two floors of open Office space; Lecture Hall / Auditorium; Two-Level Cafeteria; Ground-Level Garden; Roof Garden; Roof Heliport
This was guided by several over-riding principles:
That the large mass of the tower be broken down into a bundle of six vertical volumes, with varying heights;
That the unitized curtain-wall of the tower feature an integral sun-shading component;
That the interior open office space be open and benefit from natural light as much as possible
